Learn to Meditate the Easy Way

The easiest way to meditate with purpose is to use a set of recorded guided meditations to keep you on track while you meditate. I have produced a full range of guided meditations (totalling 9+ hours) that you can use to learn meditation and then continue meditating for the rest of your life. You can also use them to teach your child how to meditate.
